All in all everything was excellent, had a really nice stay for the first night of the stay. Booked a room with plenty extras. We loved that it had excellent and stunning location very close to the sea.

Full English breakfast included the most tasty cereals and fruit. The location was perfect because it was short walk to the beach nice resturant. Tried some nice meals at The Buttery, located a few steps away from the hotel.

The location was great, on Sea, in the nice enough area. The honesty bar was lovely and the staff were amicable.

Had really nice stay for the first night of the stay. My deluxe double room with coffee, a good breakfast, as for instance was well-appointed and reasonably priced. I loved a cosy style. It was a lovely and stunning location really close to the beach nice resturant, the centre of St Annes, and Blackpool. Found The Haven 5 minutes walk from the hotel, dined there.

A multi-channel television, ironing facilities, and a study table available in the budget room. Affable, amicable staff towards all guests. Good service and amazing and fantastic location close enough to the centre and shops, local restaurants and information, and Right by the seafront. Also, to the beach nice resturant.

The room was well-appointed and it had an iron/ironing board, a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities. The location was lovely, not very far from St Annes-on-Sea Beach.

Thoroughly enjoyed a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and TV in the room. There was free Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was terrific.

Pleasant small family run hotel with great value, we had an excellent stay. It was in a great and lovely location to Blackpool train station. The lunch in The Haven minutes from the venue had every choice imaginable.

This hotel is a great find for those looking for a friendly and comfortable stay in St Annes. The spacious and well-appointed rooms offer great value for money, with deals available for longer stays. The location is perfect, right by the seafront and close to local transport links and shops. Plus, the sea-views from the rooms are an added bonus. The staff are welcoming and attentive, providing a warm and hospitable atmosphere throughout our stay. The breakfast included in the package was delicious and a great way to start the day.

Excellent experience there. Quirky hotel, excellent location, airy and en suite rooms. Location close enough to local restaurants. For tea or coffee visit The Beach Terrace Cafe nearby. Free parking on street provided. Everything excellent.

There's nothing too much trouble, had a really nice stay for the first night of the stay. Whole place was fairly clean with nice views; perfect and magnificent location to the cinema. The employees were very helpful, and I loved hotel's host. The rooms were beautifully decorated and relaxing, had smoke detectors for safety.

There were airy & en suite rooms with the bedroom, a nice view of the promenade, as for instance.

The location was incredible, within easy walking distance of Ashton Gardens. It was also very close to the town centre of St Anne's-on-the-Sea, promenade and restaurants, beach, boating lake.
